The spies look a little slim on the 2nd one (because you added the nice edge effect) but otherwise it's cool.

I came up with a thought that can make the loggo better. Remove the brown thing to the right (outside the end of the green square). If you do, the spy will like peak out from the logo and that would be very cool!

Nice work Scorp! I love the logo. Good choice of having the second one, it's my favourite But yeah, Frelli's idea would make it look awesome.
